My Therapeutic Style
I am warm, compassionate, and direct with my clients. My strength is in helping you understand, confront, and change the patterns that are creating insecurity and disconnection in your relationships.
At the outset of our work together, we will explore your experiences and self-knowledge as well as your concerns and desired change in collaboratively determining your individualized plan for therapy. Throughout our journey, we will regularly check in on your goals and our therapeutic relationship to ensure that our time together remains meaningful, supportive, and effective.
I specialize in attachment-based relationship counseling, offering compassionate support for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your relationships, overwhelmed by past experiences, or simply longing for more clarity and connection, I’m here to help. I believe that healing happens through safe, supportive relationships, including the one you build with yourself. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate change, deepen connection, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
Who I Work With
I work with adolescents, young-adults, adults, and low-conflict couples of all backgrounds.
I work with all types of clients experiencing anxiety, low-self-esteem, depression, difficulty with adjustments, trauma, relationship issues, and stress, who are looking to better understand themselves and underlying patterns. I approach my work with empathy, compassion, a sense of humor, warmth, and security, so you can feel safe to be yourself.
Location and Cost
I enjoy working with clients in-person at my office, located at 321 E. Main Street in Bozeman, Montana (Bozeman Hotel Building). I also offer tele-health for those who prefer to meet virtually.
