Welcome to Wild Fire Psychotherapy

Where we believe that even our most intense inner experiences, the ones that feel chaotic, overwhelming, or out of control, carry the potential for deep transformation.

We all carry an inner flame. A light that helps us feel safe, make meaning, and stay connected.
But sometimes, that flame becomes a wildfire. It rages. It overwhelms. It feels out of control; even dangerous.

In those moments, it’s easy to believe something’s gone wrong.

But what if the fire isn’t here to destroy us… but to clear the way for something new?

In therapy, we learn not to fear the fire, but to understand it, tend to it, and trust its purpose.
This is the work of healing: making space for growth, for change, and for your true self to emerge.

My Approach

At Wild Fire Psychotherapy, I believe that healing is not about extinguishing the intensity within you, it’s about learning how to tend to it, understand it, and allow it to transform you.

I chose the name Wild Fire because it speaks to a deeper truth: the parts of ourselves that feel overwhelming, chaotic, or even destructive are often the same parts that hold the power to clear what no longer serves us. Like a wildfire in nature, our emotional fires, when tended with care, can create the conditions for growth, renewal, and regeneration.

It’s natural to want to suppress strong emotions or avoid painful memories. But in therapy, we explore those inner wildfires not as threats, but as signals, messages from the deeper self, asking to be seen, understood, and integrated.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or a sense of being stuck, my role is to walk beside you, not to put out the fire, but to help you move through it safely, with curiosity and compassion.

You don’t have to go through this alone. There is strength in slowing down, turning inward, and learning to trust your own capacity for change. Together, we can make space for what’s been buried, honor what’s been lost, and create the conditions for something new to emerge.

Providing you with a safe space to process

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, or simply feeling stuck — I offer a space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to grow.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Montana, and I’ve been providing therapy since 2020. I’ve worked with clients in university counseling centers, community mental health, and private practice, and I bring that breadth of experience into every session.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your story. I work with teens (13+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity, and more. I pull from evidence-based practices like CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and IFS, and tailor therapy to fit who you are and what matters most to you.

Above all, I believe healing happens in safe, honest connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you with care, clarity, and compassion.
